My experience at Vertu BMW Exeter could have been better because the cars wheel arch liners and wheels were dirty and the interior hadn't been cleaned, infact my part/x was cleaner inside. Not what I expect from a bmw main dealer. Other bits not done that I won't go into but felt like leaving the car there and driving off in my own car to teach them a lesson.
